Victims of Crime and Leniency

We have an organization in Montgomery that helps victims of crime and judicial leniency.  This morning two victims entered the office and asked the receptionist if they could use the phone.  While the receptionist helped one of the victims with the phone, the other victim stole the receptionist’s wallet from her purse.

I did not make that shit up.  Another conservative is born.

  1. A real shame but, you are probably correct about how many become conservative.

I played golf with a college student on Thursday and noticed a 9-11-01 tattoo on his calf. Asked him about and he replied, “That’s the day I grew up. That’s the day I became a conservative.”

    Interesting, no?

  2. Chief, there are people who know things need to be done and they go ahead and do it. Many of the MTV generation sit and watch their betters do what needs to be done and then whine about it.

Guess what I’m saying is that there are people who stand and there are people who remain seated. Your golf partner is a stander. Obama and his ilk are sitters.

  3. As the saying goes, not good deed goes unpunished.

  4. The excuse the two perps [most likely mother and daughter] made for needing the phone was that their car had broken down.

They quickly used the credit card at a gas station that sells gas but doesn’t do towing or repairs and then hit Wal-Mart whereupon the card was no longer being accepted. They almost caught them as the cop who was taking the report from the victim, as the victim notified the credit card company, was able to tell an officer who was in Wal-Mart to go look for them. Apparently, the perps left quickly when the card was declined/had to be checked on. Hopefully, they probably have them on tape.
